Empowering Youth and Giving Back to São Tomé
Many of us were fortunate to benefit from free activities during our youth, such as those offered by social centers, scouting groups, summer camps, and various other institutions. Looking back, it's clear how these experiences helped shape us in many positive ways. Now as adults, we have the opportunity to pass on this legacy and give back to others.
For me, this is an essential part of a thriving society, where individuals contribute to the whole rather than being self-centered.
Based on our experiences in São Tomé, we realized that providing clubs and activities is one of the best ways, within our limited resources, to contribute to the development of this island that welcomed us many years ago. Through CACAE, we aim to create lasting opportunities for the youth of São Tomé, just as we once experienced.
